TCT brings to you 2 nutritious and tasty homemade baby food recipes for your 9-to-12 months old..
Introducing new flavors and different type of solid foods to your baby food diet after 6 months is a good idea. I started at around 5+ months and even though Brat H has been introduced to a few fruits, cereals, pulses, rice and veggies, however, I am still figuring out how and what more can be added to the balanced diet of this 8 month old infant of mine. Next month, he will be in the 9-12 months old age group! I know!! Time flies. Yah, so, since he is getting bigger, in my opinion, starting now, he can eat various foods that are cooked in our family meal. Ideally, depending on the appetite, the infant needs to be fed 2-3 meals and 1-2 snacks to your baby having a variety of fruits and vegetables.
